Description
This coffee comes from the the highlands of the Jinotega region. It’s grown in a standard mixed culture (mixed crops) beneath the sun shades of trees, at a height of 1200 m, where It’s hand-picked and processed sparsely. It’s an organic coffee of the best quality (SHG, washed). It originates from the Arabica species Hybride Pacamara from controlled organic cultivation in keeping with EU Regulation (EG No. 834/2007).
